Concept

The art direction concept for the project is based around the up and down elevation across the Canary Islands, and the idea of 'crossing' from one island to the next. The typography and images have been arranged using vertical movement to mimic the vast changes in height across the landscapes. The pages also make use of a strong horizontal center line, creating a top
and bottom section which the eye crosses between.
